How it works

Disrupts bacterial membranes via electrostatic interactions with anionic lipopolysaccharides, forming pores that lyse bacteria. Simultaneously modulates toll-like receptor (TLR) signalling, promotes keratinocyte migration and proliferation, stimulates angiogenesis, and recruits immune cells to wound sites.

Research notes
