CJC-1295 (with DAC)

Growth

A long-acting GHRH analogue that covalently binds albumin to extend its half-life to approximately 8 days.

Half-life
~6–8 days
Research dose
1–2mg/week
Frequency
Once or twice weekly
Routes
SubQ injection

How it works

The Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) is a lysine side-chain modification that reacts with cysteine-34 on serum albumin after injection, creating a covalent bond. This shields the peptide from enzymatic degradation and dramatically extends its half-life, producing sustained GH and IGF-1 elevation with convenient once or twice-weekly dosing.

Research uses

Sustained GH elevation
IGF-1 optimisation
Anti-ageing research
Body composition studies
Once-weekly dosing protocols

Research notes

CJC-1295 with DAC produces a continuous elevation of GH rather than the pulsatile release seen with shorter-acting GHRHs. Some researchers prefer pulsatile GH for body composition while others prefer sustained elevation for IGF-1 optimisation.

Unlike Mod GRF (CJC no DAC), the DAC version can be administered once or twice weekly, making compliance simpler for longer research periods.

Storage

❄️Freeze lyophilized powder
🌡️Refrigerate once reconstituted
📅Use within 4 weeks
