The most popular GHRH + GHRP combination — synergistic GH release with a clean safety profile.
CJC-1295 (no DAC) stimulates GHRH receptors on pituitary somatotrophs, while Ipamorelin activates the ghrelin receptor (GHSR-1a). The two signals converge to produce a GH pulse substantially larger than either agent alone — typically 2–5× the individual GH output — while keeping cortisol, prolactin, and appetite increases minimal.
The CJC/Ipamorelin combination is favoured for its highly selective GH release: Ipamorelin is the most selective GHRP, avoiding the cortisol and prolactin spikes seen with GHRP-2 or GHRP-6. The combination is considered a gold-standard GH secretagogue stack.
Typically administered before sleep (the largest natural GH pulse) and/or after training. The two peptides are often available as a pre-mixed vial for convenience.
